Farmers Market Challange!

Please visit Judy at http://squirrelqueen2.blogspot.com/2009/09/september-farmers-market-challenge-is.html for more wonderful visits to Farmers Markets in many places. Thanks Judy for hosting this challenge. I love going to the Farmers Market but especially in the fall. The colors are amazing. Here are some homemade wares.
The flowers are incredible.

These pies looked so delicious, they inspired me to go home and bake.

The colors in these peppers!

The homemade breads, need I say more?
I bought quite a bit from this stand, very nice people. They had garlic and shallots that I have only seen on Food Network. The corn was so delicious.

Raspberries, my favorite!

Lots of hard work here.

Thanks again Judy for hosting this . I am so glad I was finally able to join in.
Have a nice weekend Anne

I can't decide if the peppers or flowers are the most beautifully colored. That table with the garlic looks like they have some wonderful choices. ~Jeanne

I love the "homey" feel of your market. Got so interested on the crafts department. One of my favorites, the yellow and zucchini squash look so fresh!

I got spoiled by farmers market when we lived in OH, it was in the mall parking lot, literally 1 house over from mine. We lived there during the first 2 years of my sons life and we were in the WIC program which helps new moms with parenting, nutrition, etc and they had coupons for the farmers market they gave to moms to get fresh fun things for their developing little ones, such a brilliant idea :)

Oh my... Now I want to visit a farmer's market. I haven't been to one for awhile. We have a few stores around here that are very much like a FM. You took some outstanding shots, Anne! Love the festive colors of fall, and produce. Were some of the peppers purple? Gorgeous! Hugzzzz~
