Small Talk Six

Go here to learn how and to view the weekly list Small Talk Six topics for 2009.
Today’s topic is “6 things you do, used to do, or would like to do to relax.”
You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . . This...

1. I love to spend an evening with my family, reclining , big bowl of popcorn, watching a movie.
2. Long car rides are very relaxing to me. Sometimes I fall asleep.
3. Baking is something I love and I find it very calming.
4. I would like to spend a weekend at a very expensive hotel, hot tub in the room, room service, sleep until noon.
5. Nice fall day, out on the deck, comfy chair, reading a good book.
6. Hot bubble bath.

I hope you all have a relaxing weekend. Anne

When we lived in New Mexico, we used to take drives to Durango, CO. I miss that.

I could totally do #4!

now that pup, has the right idea! I love car rides as well, especially when you don't really have to be anywhere, unfortunately I can't sleep, because I'm usually driving! Please visit my six here:

Sorry I am not with you on the baking. I love to eat homemade food but would love for someone else to make it.

Hi Anne,

I have been very busy these day, so I am catching up.

Like you Anne, I enjoy long drives but I make sure I don't fall asleep or I will miss all the beautiful sceneries around.

Have a happy weekend.
BTW how are you now? Are you feeling better?

Hugs

AL

Six very lovely ways to relax. I like the nice day out on the deck but something always catches my eye and off I go with the camera.

Keep the list handy to use after the kitchen is all done.

Hugs,
Judy

I bake to for comfort. There is nothing like fresh baked goods to relax your body.

Just to let you know The Luxor in Vegas offers great winter rates on their rooms in the pyramid with a hot tub. We went years back and had a very nice stay.
