I love this dip, it is a hot dip and I know its summer and you don't want to think of hot food, but give this a try.
Spray a casserole dish well with non-stick cooking spray
Mix together:
1 cup mayonnaise( I use light)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped pepperonchini peppers
1 tsp. garlic powder
After mixing together well, put it in the casserole and bake at 350 for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve with wheat crackers or spread on cocktail rye bread.

Hmmm sounds yummy, I don't think we grow artichokes here but I am sure there are some in international mart. Maybe I'll buy one later.:)

I've just clicked through a few of your recipes and I feel very inspired to try some out! It's winter here now so comfort food is surely needed through the cold months. Maybe you can publish a cook book!
Nice layout by the way, thankyou for your lovely comments,
Valerie
That's one of those things I used to make often but it's been awhile. Thanks for the reminder.
